·72· 软弱地层地铁车站附属工程   连续基坑施工工艺 叶超俊 (中铁隧道股份有限公司,郑州 450000)    [摘 要 ] 以某城市地铁软弱地层条件下附属工程连续基坑施工为背景,介绍了在附属工程风亭分为 3个小基坑同期实施工况的复杂条件下,基坑分区开挖施工方案。对基坑开挖过程进行介绍,并通过监测 手段进行验证,最终得出结论:在软弱地层条件下,附属工程同侧多基坑施工前,需加强对基底的加固措 施,防止因基底变形导致的周边围护结构同步变形;多个连续基坑同时施工时,需加强监测数据的同步管 控,如轴力值、地表沉降、墙体竖向位移、墙顶水平位移、周边建筑物沉降等,并对其趋势进行数据分 析,减少软弱地层下的变形突然加剧,为后续同类型软弱地层条件下的连续多基坑施工提供案例参考。    [关键词 ] 城市地铁;软弱地层;附属工程;连续基坑施工    [中图分类号]  X 947     [文献标志码]  A      [文章编号]  1001-523X(2022)07-0072-03 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY OF CONTINUOUS FOUNDATION PIT OF AUXILIARY STRUCTURE UNDER CONDITION OF SOFT STRATUM Ye Chao-jun    [Abstract ] Based on the background of continuous foundation pit construction of auxiliary projects in a city subway with weak stratum conditions, the paper introduces the construction plan of sub-divisional excavation of foundation pits under the complex conditions that the wind pavilion of an auxiliary project is divided into three small foundation pits at the same time. The excavation process of the foundation pit is introduced and verified by monitoring methods, and the final conclusion is drawn: under the condition of soft stratum, before the construction of multiple foundation pits on the same side of the auxiliary project, it is necessary to strengthen the reinforcement measures for the foundation to prevent simultaneous deformation of the surrounding enclosure structure caused by the deformation of the foundation; when multiple continuous foundation pits are constructed at the same time, it is necessary to strengthen the synchronous control of monitoring data, such as axial force value, surface settlement, vertical displacement of the wall, horizontal displacement of the top of the wall, settlement of surrounding buildings, etc. The important monitoring value is managed and controlled, and its trend data analysis is carried out to reduce the sudden intensification of deformation under weak strata, and provide a case reference for subsequent continuous multi-foundation pit construction under the same type of weak stratum.    [Keywords ] urban subway ;weak stratum ;auxiliary project ;continuous foundation pit construction 1 工程概况 1.1 线路概况 以某城市地铁车站为地下三层岛式站台车站, 车站基坑标准宽22.50 m,深约24.85 m,顶部覆土约 3.0 m ,车站采用明挖顺筑法施工,已完成车站主体 结构施工部分,车站附属工程包括 3个风亭、 2个出入 口。以 1号风亭为例,进行软弱地层条件下附属工程 连续基坑施工工艺研究。 1 号风亭宽约15.7 m,基坑分3 段,分别采用地 下连续墙+SMW工法桩 +内支撑支护体系,地下二层 部分采用800 mm厚的地下连续墙,内支撑为1 道混 凝土支撑+3道钢
